## Day 1 14:30 — Load test: 10k patients record sync ## Day 1 15:00 — Load test: 10k patients record sync ## Day 2 14:30 — Load test: 10k patients record sync I built a deterministic load generator and a p99 measurement harness for the sync engine. The generator produces 10k patient records with realistic HL7 fields, a unique patient ID, and timestamps that respect the sync window. The harness runs the batch in a loop, records per-batch latency in nanoseconds, and computes p99, p95, and max. I also added a ceiling check: if p99 exceeds a configurable threshold, the run aborts and logs the batch index so we know exactly where the system degraded. I wrote this in Rust under src/sync/load/ and included a small config struct so Sofia can tune thresholds per hospital without recompiling. No manual data fixes — the generator is seeded and reproducible.
