# planner
Initial project planner for AI-assisted software development.
Gathers ideas, refines requirements, determines language, finds libraries, and proposes an implementation plan (`PLAN.md` + `plan.json`) you can feed to an LLM.
## Usage
```sh
# Interactive wizard
planner
# Non-interactive plan
planner plan --idea "a cli tool to organize notes" --type cli
# With a LAN LLM (llama.cpp) for assistance
planner plan --idea "build nd cli" --type cli --llm-ip 192.168.4.21 --constraints "offline,fast"

## Local model
Supports Ollama and llama.cpp servers. Use `--llm-ip` / `--llm-port` (default 8085) or the interactive prompt. Set `PLANNER_MAX_TOKENS` to adjust output length.
## Output
- `PLAN.md` — prompt-ready plan for an LLM.
- `plan.json` — machine-readable plan.
No project files are generated; only the plan.
