Conventional-commit changelog generator CLI: reads git history since the last tag, groups commits by type (feat/fix/docs/etc.), and uses a local LLM (Ollama/llama.cpp) to write human-readable release notes in Keep a Changelog format. Supports custom templates, multi-language output, and a --dry-run preview. Ships as one static binary.
